For many people it is through having an illness that they seek help from within themselves, such as going to mindfulness groups or Yoga classes and it is there, they realise their attitudes and lifestyle and how it is affecting them physically.
Healing is a unity of mind and heart! Through becoming more conscious in our waking life, we realise our thoughts that we need for attunement to our feelings and continue to do so on a daily basis in order to prevent dis-ease in the body.
