These booking terms and conditions are in place to ensure a fair process for all:
- Clients will be charged for a session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made online at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
- Clients that book online must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Failure to do this may result in the session being cancelled due to other client commitments. We will always try to be flexible where possible.
- If you are on an Introductory offer or bulk booking and do not attend the session you booked online, your ability to book online maybe suspended.
- Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
- Sessions occasionally change at short notice; refunds or exchanges will be offered, where applicable within a suitable timeframe.
